Zambia is trying to diagnose TB fast and prevent it spreading by focusing on the home. During a nine month period, health professionals visit TB patients at home and offer support and counselling to other family members.

Arnold Tutu spent the day with one healthcare worker involved in a project run by the Zambia Aids-Related Tuberculosis Project in a compound on the outskirts of Lusaka.
