The sights, sounds and smells of street food sellers are a part of the vibrant life around the streets of Ghana's capital city.

Tourists here, and in hundreds of similar places around the world, are usually warned never to touch food prepared and sold in the street.

There are so many food stalls that it’s difficult for environmental health teams to regulate and licence them. Edwin Kumah Drah tries some of his local street cuisine.
