It's hard for young people to find well-paid work. And in Zambia getting a decent job straight out of school is a real struggle.

Cutbacks, privatisation, and serious competition make it a tough environment for those just starting out.

Arnold Tutu went in and around Zambia's capital Lusaka to ask what hope young people see for the future.
