Tinoenda from Zimbabwe was visiting the United Kingdom when she discovered she was HIV-positive.

Now she's taking anti-retroviral drugs and is thriving, but she knows that if she had to go back home she wouldn't be able to afford any treatment.

We also hear from Eunis from Kenya who also discovered her HIV status on a visit to the UK and is now receiving the treatment that would be too expensive for her to afford in Kenya.
