Harold Williams

Harold Williams is an environmental journalist based in Sierra Leone.

He is a multi-media producer with online and broadcast experience. He writes for africanews.com and is the news editor of Enviroscope, an environmental awareness programme that has been on the air since 1997.

Harold is also the Chairman of the Union of Environmental Journalists, which works towards transparent environmental disclosure. Since 1996 he has been a trainer of journalists and has worked with the Climate Change Office in Sierra Leone as well as the country’s Forestry Department and its environment division.
