We all know the world is hotting up and for people living in sensitive climates or those who depend on certain weather patterns to survive, climate change is a matter of life and death.

Mark Lynas travelled to different parts of the world to collect eyewitness accounts about the human impact of climate change.

In this report he meets native Indians and Eskimos in Alaska, whose lives are threatened because the ice they live off is melting, the sea level is getting higher and storms are on the rise.
