So far the benefits of satellite technology have passed by large areas of Africa. Now a cheap and easy way of receiving satellite signals could revolutionise communication in remote areas of Africa. So why aren't African governments rushing to adopt this new VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminals) technology?
